Story:
The Aztec calendar, known as the Tonalpohualli, is a 260-day ritual calendar divided into 20 periods of 13 days each, reflecting the cycles of nature and the gods. Alongside it, the 365-day solar calendar, called the Xiuhpohualli, was used for agricultural and civil purposes, marking seasons and important festivals. Together, these calendars guided the Aztecs in their religious practices, agriculture, and daily life, emphasizing the significance of time in their culture.
